Morning
Empty stomach in the morning at 7am-8am
Turmeric Tea -
1. Warm water – 1 Glass
2. Turmeric paste - 2 table spoon
3. Extra virgin coconut oil - 2 table spoon
4. Black seed/kalojeera powder – 1 table spoon
5. Methe powder – 1 table spoon
6. Black pepper – ¼ table spoon
*Do regular exercise or jogging at least 30-45 min.
Brunch
At 12pm-1pm
1. lots of Mixed Vegetable + egg + any meat/fish + salad
2. Coffee + 1 spoon extra virgin coconut oil
Snacks time
At 4pm-5pm
1. Mixed nuts
2. You can take black coffee
Dinner
At 8pm-9pm
1. lots of Mixed Vegetable + any meat/fish + salad
2. you may take ½ cup brown rice
After Dinner
1. Sour Yogurt – 2 table spoons
2. A glass of water
Avoid
1. Rice/ Bread
2. Potatoes
3. Sugar
4. Processed/Packaged food/ Soft drinks
5. Smoking
6. Alcohol
